Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms govern your use of WonderWatch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of any child profile you create. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who can use WonderWatch

WonderWatch is a learning platform for children aged 5 to 10 (with support for ages 11-12 coming soon). Children cannot create accounts. Accounts are created and owned by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old and lawfully able to enter into a contract under the laws of their country of residence.

By creating a child profile, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and that you consent, on the child’s behalf, to the processing of their personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Please notify us at hello@wonderwatch.ai if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

WonderWatch is provided for personal, family, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm a child.
  • Attempt to access, scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the service except as expressly permitted.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the service or its content.
  • Upload or transmit malware, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with other users’ access.
  • Impersonate another person, falsify information about a child’s age, or create an account for a child without parental consent.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have breached these terms.

4. Our content and your rights

Missions, videos, illustrations, music, audio, and other materials inside WonderWatch are owned by WonderWatch or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view this content within the service, for personal family use only.

Some missions embed third-party YouTube videos under their respective rights. We do not own or control these videos and your use of them is also subject to YouTube’s terms.

5. Early-access service

WonderWatch is currently in early access. This means features may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable. Some features marked “coming soon” are not yet built. We are working hard to make the service reliable but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation during the beta.

6. Pricing and beta access

While in early access, WonderWatch is free for everyone who joins. We will give parents clear, advance notice before any pricing change takes effect. When we move out of beta, a free plan with a curated selection of missions will remain available - paid plans will only unlock additional features such as multiple child profiles and the full mission library.

7. AI-generated content

WonderWatch uses AI to power Nuno’s narration today, and will use AI for real-time conversations in future. AI output is not perfect. We review and structure AI-generated content carefully, but you should treat factual claims inside any mission as educational starting points rather than a final source of truth.

If you see something off, please tell us so we can fix it.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

WonderWatch is an educational supplement. It does not replace school, formal therapy, or professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WonderWatch’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 1,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold WonderWatch harmless against any third-party claim arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using WonderWatch and delete your account at any time from Parent Central. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been breached, with reasonable notice except where immediate action is needed to protect children, the service, or other users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify parents by email and post a notice in Parent Central at least 14 days before the change takes effect (or sooner if required by law).

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

Before going to court, please email us at hello@wonderwatch.ai - we will do our best to resolve concerns informally.
